Educational Programs

The Radiation Oncology training program at Duke University is a four-year program commencing in the PGY2 year, designed for candidates who are interested in a career in academic radiation oncology. Successful completion of a PGY1 year in either Internal Medicine, Surgery, or a transitional program is required for entry into the PGY2 year. Other PGY1 programs m a y be acceptable at the discretion of the program director. Interested candidates may apply for a PGY1 year at Duke on the Medical and/or Surgical services.
