Duke Radiation Oncology Dosimetry

Dosimetrists work closely with the Radiation Oncologist and Radiation Physicist to develop a treatment plan that will direct the radiation beams in the best possible arrangement. They generate treatment plans designed to target tumors while sparing as much normal tissue as possible.
