Fellowship in Medical Physics

Physics faculty will also involve education of post-doctoral fellow training in radiation oncology. Those fellows are individuals who obtained PhD degree from related fields and wish to be training in the field of radiation oncology physics. After 2-3 years of training, they will be eligible to take board certification examine in the field of therapeutic radiation physics through American Board of Radiology. Currently, we have 5 post-doctoral fellows in the department. Majority of post-doctoral fellows are supported by external research funds.
