Technology

Duke Radiation Oncology offers a full range of radiation therapy equipment, including two simulators (two with CT capability), eight linear accelerators, two and three dimensional treatment planning computers, a high dose brachytherapy unit, and dedicated intraoperative radiation therapy program. Moreover, our machines are listed by color. This is an internal way for our staff to identify machines. Moreover, each machine has the same capability as the others.
