Why Duke?
The RORS pathway is unique and offers a lot of support during the residency years for doing basic research. Additionally, I am a neuroscience PhD and there is a tremendous amount of great neuro-oncology related research at Duke that I am excited to join. The clinical training is equally superb!
What do you like to do outside of Duke?
I have too many hobbies – I enjoy playing tennis and golf, music production and songwriting. We got a place in Durham with an overgrown half acre so my next endeavor is to be a budding landscaper/gardener. My wife and I also love to travel, cook, try out local restaurants and explore as much as we can.
